Short version: no accounts and no personal data. The only thing collected is anonymous, cookieless usage analytics, so I can see how the site is used and which games are popular.
No accounts
There is no sign-up and no login. We do not ask for, collect, or sell personal information such as your name or email, and there is no advertising.
Your game data stays on your device
Game progress, settings, and your casino chip balance are saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device. This information never leaves your device and is not sent to any server. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.
Anonymous analytics
To understand how the site is used and which games are popular, we collect anonymous usage data: which pages and games are opened, the buttons and links you tap, and your browser and device type. We never collect your name, email, or any account information, and we never use this to identify you or track you across other websites.
This is fully cookieless: nothing is stored on your device for analytics. A short-lived, daily anonymous identifier is calculated only to roughly count visits, and is not used to recognise you on a later day. Your IP address is used only momentarily to calculate that identifier and is then discarded; it is not stored, and your location is not collected.
Analytics are handled on our behalf by PostHog, under a data processing agreement, on their EU servers, so the data stays in the EU. It is kept for up to 12 months.
Lawful basis: anonymous audience measurement ( our legitimate interest in improving the site ). Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Because the data is anonymous we may be unable to tie it to you specifically, but you can email vig@vig.vg with any request.
To opt out entirely, turn on "Do Not Track" in your browser and no analytics are collected. The site is not intended for, and does not knowingly collect any personal data from, children.
Offline
The site installs as a Progressive Web App and runs entirely in your browser, so it works offline once loaded.
